Do you ship internationally?
Yes, although not to all countries. It is advised that you contact me prior to purchasing with your full mailing address for accurate shipping costs. I ship with FedEx or trackable regular mail. Also, I am very familiar with customs requirements associated with shipping, making things easier for both of us. Please note, I do not ship to P.O. Boxes. I am also not responsible for duties and taxes applied by your government. You will also be required to provide a shipping address that Canada Post/FedEx/USPS can sucessfully deliver to.
How are your prints packaged?
We prefer to ship prints rolled in paper, placed within a heavy mailing tube. Caps to the tubes are securely taped so as not to come off. Prints are protected on the inside of the tube so that there is no possible edge damage. Experience has shown us that this creates the greatest protection from all damage and weather for your purchase. If I believe the printing of the print (C-Prints for example) will not handle being rolled, I will ship them flat.
I live in Vancouver, can I come see the print?
Sort of yes, sort of no. Arrangements can be met so that I can bring the print to you but please, do not waste my time. I will ask you some questions to determine whether I feel you are serious about buying the print. For some buyers, we will do placement and showing of prints within your home or office.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you may pay by credit card through PayPal. All of the priced pieces show Paypal buttons. Fraudulent attempts by anyone will be turned over to the police and enforced by the credit card company and they have some nasty people working for them.
Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, we contact investors with pieces in our inventory that are not shown on the site. If you wish to be listed with updates please send an email stating so from the contact page. No, we will not send your address nor will we provide you with anyone's email address or contact information.
